After painstaking research and review of how this fascinating old building was originally constructed, we created this concept to breathe new life into a gem that had been deteriorating for decades. With an emphasis on historical accuracy, and carefully deciphering the original plans from 1906, we are very excited to see this proud structure become vibrant once again.
